Arrival

CASE 03 / FLAGSHIP OPENING / BENGALURU

01 / The opening brief
The flagship needed to open twice: first as a controlled press preview, then as a live public event. The build had to amplify the architecture, protect retail stock and reset completely between audiences.
Timed invitations, press check-in and a street-facing queue plan that kept neighbouring access clear.
Four performances staged across two floors without closing the retail journey.
Lighting, bars and guest flow changed overnight while the permanent store remained untouched.

THE CENTRAL DECISION
Let the building perform before the artists do.
