ROLEPLANNING + HOSPITALITY

I / The family brief

Five gatherings. One emotional arc.

Two families wanted the weekend to feel personal at 620-person scale. The production brief was less about spectacle than rhythm: no guest waiting, no ceremony rushed, and no elder walking farther than necessary.

Hospitality

Four arrival windows, 214 rooms, language-tagged hosts and family-specific welcome desks.

Design

One floral vocabulary transformed from garden lunch to candlelit reception.

Food

Three kitchens, 11 service moments and individually mapped dietary requirements.

Elegant wedding tables and central ceremony canopy

THE CENTRAL DECISION

The guest journey became the master plan.

Every build, photograph, family movement and service cue worked backwards from where guests needed to be—and how they should feel when they arrived.

II / The weekend

A choreography
without a stage.

  1. First arrivalsAirport desks live; luggage traveled separately to reduce lobby congestion.
  2. Garden lunchShaded seating, live counters and a 42-minute room reset after service.
  3. SangeetThirteen family acts advanced like a professional show.
  4. CeremonyProcessions released by radio; elders seated before the public arrival.
  5. ReceptionOvernight build revealed only after the ceremony procession cleared.
