Large outdoor music festival stage and crowd

FORMAT2 DAYS / 2 STAGES

ATTENDANCE8,400

LEAD TIME16 WEEKS

ROLEFULL PRODUCTION

01 / The assignment

A festival site that had to work in every forecast.

An independent label wanted a generous, discovery-led weekend—not a fenced-in concert. The vineyard site brought character and difficult gradients, a narrow access road and a very real late-monsoon weather risk.

Audience

Two age bands, day visitors and campers, with distinct arrival peaks and viewing habits.

Mandate

Site plan, production, artist advancing, vendors, crowd systems and live show control.

Non-negotiable

Keep both stages live through light rain and protect the vineyard’s working routes.

THE CENTRAL DECISION

Design the wet-weather switch before designing the perfect day.

Power distribution moved uphill. Guest paths received modular matting. Every public zone had a 20-minute shelter trigger and every department rehearsed it.
